LONDON HOSTS EUROPEAN PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT SUMMIT

Announcing the lineup for The International Property Awards

European Summit 2015

The International Property Awards European Summit will take place on 21 September 2015 at the JW Marriot Grosvenor House Hotel, London.

Europe is home to 13 out of the 25 fastest growing cities in the world, with investment into the region predicted to rise by 13% in 2015.  So the potential for growth in the European property industry looks bright.

The International Property Awards European Summit offers unique opportunities to meet and do business with over 300 of the highest value property decision makers, including Owners, Buyers, Developers, Investors, CEO’s, Directors and other sector leaders, who collectively have a combined purchasing power of millions of pounds.

The highlights of this year’s Summit include round table discussions, exhibitions, and seminars from Europe’s award-winning architecture, development, interior design and real estate companies. They will provide insight and predict new business trends within their own sector.

Confirmed seminar speakers include: Jennifer Dixon (Head of Architecture EMEA at AECOM), who will be exploring forthcoming trends in architecture; Jack Pringle, (MD London at architecture and design firm, Perkins & Will), who will be discussing the regional differences in high-end European commercial design; Josef Hargrave, (Associate at Foresight Arup), who will be ‘Rethinking the Future of the Built Environment’ in his presentation predicting architecture trends over the next century; and Shalini Misra, (Director of Shalini Misra), an eco-friendly independent interior and architectural design studio (and winner of the International Property Award for Best Interior Design – Apartment 2014-2015) who will be speaking about the impact and influence of smaller design firms in seizing opportunities within the market. A full line-up of speakers can be found on the Summit’s website.

Stuart Shield, President of the International Property Awards, said: “The European Property Summit is a proven platform for business development and for spotting future trends.  Delegates invest time to attend because they know it is THE major event in Europe where there is direct contact between property investors, decision makers and the best suppliers in the world.”

Speaking of his attendance at a previous Summit, Matteo Lupi (Export Area Manager of Smeg) said “In just a couple of days [the Summit] allowed us to get in contact with many professionals that would have otherwise taken months to reach”.

Registration as a delegate is free of charge and provides access to networking opportunities with the industry’s leaders.  To register as a delegate visit https://goo.gl/Rt2QAd
