The Furniture Ombudsman has appointed Alexandra Dobocan as the Head of Communications and PR. She will oversee the organisation’s internal and external communication, engage with members, non-members and the press, as well as facilitate events and training.
Alexandra Dobocan has focused her entire career on communications and holds a BA (Hons) in Public Relations and a Master’s degree by research in online norms. Joining the Ombudsman from an agency background, she says: “I look forward to creating long lasting relationships with the organisation’s stakeholders, as well as communicating our continuous efforts to raise standards in the furniture and home improvement sector.”
