New Brands, New Content, Inspirational Speakers & Seminars; Welcome to Autumn Fair 2016

Autumn Fair is set to return this season with a stellar line-up of new brands and new engaging content through a full line-up of inspirational speakers and seminars, cementing the event as the season’s No.1 Gift & Home Trade Show.

The event will return to Birmingham’s NEC from 4-7 September this year and will host over 1,400 home and gift retailers including iconic cast iron cookware brand, Le Creuset, who are a recent addition to the line-up and will be exhibiting at Autumn Fair for the first time.

Commenting on their decision to exhibit this year, Michael Faulkner, National Account Manager at Le Creuset said: ‘The timing of Autumn Fair works really well as Le Creuset launches its consumer campaigns for the second half of the year. In addition, the show will be used as a platform from which to launch a range of new gifting products perfect for Christmas, from £12 and upwards. Autumn Fair is also a great opportunity for us to reach out to the independent cookshop sector and meet face to face with our stockists as well as extending our reach to potential new business sectors.’

Other brands set for an inaugural Autumn Fair experience include, Hubsch, Lafinesse, Kaemingk, Vita Lighting, Nordlux, (Home, Contemporary Gift & Home and Lighting), Pachamama, Alex Max,

Sophie Oliver Jewellery, Fresh Jewelry International and Lavishy (Fashion, Jewellery & Accessories) and, The Little Posy Print Company, Ginger Ray and Pomegranate Europe (Greetings, Gift & Craft). Returning brands for the 2016 edition include Pacific Lifestyle, Light & Living, Sophie Allport, Suck UK and Pad Home (Home, Contemporary Gift & Home and Lighting), Widdop & Co, The Straits Trading Co. Ltd., and Fiesta Studios (Greetings, Gift & Craft).

Emphasising the fresh, exciting and individual offering at Autumn Fair this year there are 200+ brands across the 12 show sectors who exhibit solely at the autumn edition of i2i’s homeware trade events in line with the change in buying trend patterns.

To further enhance the buying experience at Autumn Fair, visitors can take part in a number of free seminars aimed to discuss a variety of key topics around ecommerce trading in the dedicated E-Commerce Theatre. Confirmed speakers to date include Facebook’s Niall Hanlon, Twitter’s Senior

Retail Account Manager, Catherine Bennet and award-winning Interiors Blogger, Jen Stanbrook of Love Chic Living.

Commenting on her upcoming seminar, Jen Stanbrook said: ‘I’m looking forward to sharing my experiences, methods and strategies on how to harness the game-changing power of Pinterest and how ultimately, this can play a major role in boosting traffic, engagement and sales for any business in any sector.’

Stanbrook’s seminar will be highly informative for brands and retailers alike and will add to the wider seminar programme in the E-Commerce Theatre across the four days of the show. Other speakers include Lisa Cooney (One World Trading Company) and Mette Downer (CEO of The Great Gift Company).

Also new for Autumn Fair this year – Meet The Experts, comprising of a full line-up of industry names who will host one on one retail clinics offering visitors the opportunity to speak directly to experts around any retail challenges that they face in their own businesses. The full-line up for Meet The Experts will be revealed in the coming weeks.
