Launched in early 2015, the firm had merged with the construction business Eclipse & Son, acquired eight vans, secured office space in Swindon’s Elgin Industrial Estate and increased its workforce to nine people by March this year.
Now, TJS Homes has announced it has attracted new investment and has a full order book through to March 2017. And in addition to its core payrolled team, the business now employs eight subcontractors, taking its total workforce to 17.
TJS Homes has completed over 20 property conversion projects and is currently working on two boutique hotels in Wiltshire. The firm has also won two further high spec development projects in the county.
Eight different investors have backed TJS Homes since April 2015 and the firm’s owner, Tom Deller, is now liaising with international investors.
