Grainger plc, the UK’s leading provider of rental homes, has launched its first build-to-rent development, Hawkins & George, at Finzels Reach in the vibrant heart of Bristol.

The first of its kind in the city, the modern waterside development comprises two distinct buildings – Hawkins Lane and George’s Wharf – providing private, purpose-built rental accommodation with 194 apartments in total, communal areas and a host of amenities.

Grainger launched the country’s largest build-to-rent development outside of London in Salford Quays, Manchester, in 2018 and was recently selected by Transport for London (TfL) to deliver 3,000 homes across London.
