Caple’s new C896iBK induction and gas hob
Multi award-winning, leading appliance specialist Caple’s new C896iBK induction and gas hob has been cleverly designed for you to pick and choose your preferred cooking method. This versatile appliance not only looks stylish in a black, frameless design which can be mounted flush to the worktop but it features four induction zones and one gas wok burner for a flexible cooking platform.
Product manager Luke Shipways says: “Our new C896iBK induction and gas hob is incredibly versatile and gives you the option of precision cooking on gas alongside the benefits of induction. Each induction zone is operated via a ten-power level digital display from 0-9 (with boosters which will speed up cooking times on two) while the gas burner features auto electronic ignition, cast iron pan support and an under burner tray for easy cleaning.”
The induction zones are operated via a sleek rotary touch control with a programmable timer, which allows you to set the finish time up to 99 minutes later, a pause function and minute minder. The wok burner features a flame safety device, which instantly cuts off the gas if the flame accidentally goes out.
The C896iBK induction and gas hob measures 780mmL by 520mmW by 70mmD and costs from around £1,425 including VAT.
