Get ready, it’s Showtime…SPATEX is returning BIGGER, BOLDER and BETTER!
When the curtain rises on SPATEX 2018 at Coventry’s Ricoh Arena on Tuesday January 30th the scene is set for a water leisure spectacular. In fact, Industry Shows don’t get much bigger than this!
Meeting demand for more exhibitor space the floorplan has been increased, never before in its long running 22-year history has the SPATEX stage been so big. The stellar cast list features big name leading suppliers plus a galaxy of new names, some from as far away as Canada and America, offering even greater international representation. It all adds up to a glittering global showcase brimming with innovations and newness.

A spotlight on skills
Lights, camera, action! SPATEX, with the considerable help of the esteemed Institute of Swimming Pool Engineers (ISPE), have pulled out all the stops and choreographed the best double seminar and workshop programme to date. A star-studded line-up of speakers will be reprising some of the old favourites along with a good mix of hot new topics.

The night of a thousand pools and spas
Top billing goes to the Oscars of the Industry on opening night. The UK’s biggest and most prestigious wet leisure awards, that are recognised industry-wide and open to everyone, are live from the Ricoh Arena’s Premier Lounge. Hosted by BISHTA and SPATA, the gala evening will include the debut presentation of the much-coveted European Pool & Spa Awards that will be streamed live across Europe. The traditional British Pool & Hot Tub Awards and the representation of the ISPE Awards will, of course, also be taking centre stage.
At the end of proceedings, let your hair down and relive the glamour and cool of the Rat Pack with a tribute band who are more like Sammy Davis Jnr, Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin than the originals.

SPATEX does Speakeasy…your presence is requested
SPATEX is putting on the glitz! Make sure you grab your piece of the limelight at SPATEX’s Speakeasy 1920s themed after-show party at 5pm on Wednesday 31st in the Ricoh Arena’s Clubhouse Bar. We can’t promise pyrotechnics but we can offer all our exhibitors and visitors some fancy head-dress, a lot of fun, free drinks, nibbles and the best networking gig in the calendar. Make the evening your own!
