Dial Caple for precision cooking in the kitchen:

“Induction hobs have become increasingly popular and are now an accepted method of cooking. However, not everyone wants to use touch control technology. We have, therefore, introduced our first induction hob with dial controls for ease of use.”  Ashley Allen, Caple’s Product Manager introduces an exciting new model from Caple.

Simplicity and performance in the kitchen are two of Caple’s values – and none demonstrates them like the new 590mm-wide, black glass C8400i induction hob.

Dial control is ever popular and, with the four-zone variants (1 x 160mm/1.5kw; 2 x 180mm/2kw and 1 x 210mm 2.6kw), the user has full control in all food preparation.  The frameless hob has a 10-level digital red display – 0-9 plus a booster function which saves time by increasing power – so the user enjoys the ultimate flexibility. A cast iron griddle is an optional extra, as is a new range of pans which are ideal for induction hobs.

Other features include a minute minder, a programmable timer on each zone, child lock, residual heat indicators, automatic pan detection, and anti-overheat/and anti-overflow. The hob comes with a free two-year parts and labour guarantee.

The C8400i induction hob retails at £552. For more information on Caple, please visit www.caple.co.uk
