Meet the Leadership team

Mike Manders, Co-Founder and CEO

Mike Manders is an accomplished business leader with over two decades of experience delivering complex, multimillion-pound projects across the interiors and construction sectors.

His early career saw him in client-side roles with major international firms where he led large-scale projects under challenging logistical conditions. These formative experiences shaped his reputation for operational excellence, commercial leadership, and a calm, decisive approach under pressure.

Alongside his corporate career, Mike nurtured a personal passion for property development and design, an interest that eventually informed his move into the interiors space.

In 2019, he joined Lusso Stone, becoming Managing Director in 2020. During his tenure, he led the company through a period of rapid transformation and international growth. Under Mike’s leadership, Lusso earned multiple Sunday Times Fast Track accolades, expanded globally with over 200% growth, and attracted private equity attention, culminating in a valuation exceeding £100 million.

At Lusso, Mike oversaw all facets of the business – from commercial strategy and logistics to recruitment, culture-building, and operational scaling – guiding the company toward long-term, sustainable success. After stepping down as Managing Director in 2023 and fully exiting Lusso in 2024, Mike co-founded Haddon with his son, George Manders.

Haddon, a luxury British bathroom brand with a commitment to craftsmanship, enduring quality and designs that stand the test of time, reflects Mike and George’s shared appreciation for luxury materials, intelligent design and refined craftsmanship.

Today, Mike leads a talented team and is deeply invested in driving Haddon’s growth both nationally and internationally to establish Haddon as a market leader.

Mike & George Manders

George Manders, Co-Founder and Head of Sales

George began his business journey early, combining A-Level studies in Business and Marketing with a part-time admin role that introduced him to the fundamentals of customer service and operations. This gave George hands-on experience in how brands build trust and deliver quality, and it laid the foundations for a strong commercial mindset.

Fuelled by a passion for high-end fashion and footwear, George launched a successful premium sneaker resale business, building a client base that included celebrities and professional athletes. This venture sharpened his understanding of brand value, market demand, and the importance of personal networks.

Seeking to develop within a more structured environment, George joined Lusso as a Sales Assistant, supporting the sales team and managing key customer review platforms. His strong performance quickly earned him a promotion and within six months, he advanced to Senior Sales Consultant.

From 2021 to 2023, George consistently outperformed sales targets, developed a loyal client portfolio, and was regularly recognised as a top performer. He thrived in Lusso’s fast-paced, high-performance culture, refining his sales acumen and leadership capabilities.

In 2023, following his father’s exit from Lusso, George also moved on to pursue entrepreneurship. The following year, Mike and George co-founded Haddon – a luxury, British bathroom brand with a commitment to craftsmanship, enduring quality and designs that stand the test of time.

Merging his love of premium interiors with high-performance sales, George’s role as Co-Founder and Head of Sales, sees him lead a talented and ambitious team with a bold vision to drive the growth of a premium brand built to make waves in the industry.
