In December 2025, We Stay completed a Market and Mapping Analysis (MMA) of the property to fully understand its potential within the short-let market.
Alongside the MMA, We Stay also provided a Design Studio analysis, delivering a comprehensive review of the property’s design and specification requirements. This assessment outlines the recommended interior, styling, and lifestyle upgrades required to position the property as a high-performing luxury short-let, while clearly demonstrating the commercial benefits of the Design Studio investment to the owner.
In January 2026, the We Stay Design Studio team completed a full transformation in just 28 days, repositioning the property into an aspirational Cotswold lifestyle escape.
As part of the launch process, We Stay meticulously followed its bespoke Property Launch Programme, ensuring the home was fully guest-ready to succeed in the short let market. This process includes operational setup, final styling, professional photography and marketing preparation to ensure the property launches at the highest possible standard.
The redesign has created a home with significant guest appeal, driving demand to book and experience the property as part of the We Stay award-winning Cotswolds collection.
