The British Institute of Fitted Interiors Specialists (BIFIS) is pleased to announce kitchen and bathroom product manufacturer and distributor Ellsi as the latest organisation to join its growing network of advocates.
Based in Scunthorpe, Ellsi offers a wide-range of own-label and private-label products including kitchen taps, sinks, bath and basin taps and shower fittings, with a commitment to quality and a focus on innovation and product development. Its decision to become a BIFIS Advocate reflects a shared dedication to raising standards, supporting professional installation practices and strengthening consumer confidence across the industry.
As a BIFIS Advocate, Ellsi will support the organisation’s ongoing work to promote best practice, encourage skills development and champion professionalism throughout the fitted interiors sector.
Damian Walters, CEO of BIFIS, commented “The work that we are doing in the installation community is fundamental to the future of the fitted interiors installation sector and therefore it is vital that we have the support of the wider industry – after all, every manufacturer, supplier, distributor and retailer is reliant on installation at some point in the cycle. We are thrilled to welcome Ellsi onboard as an advocate and we very much look forward to working with them as we continue to drive positive change in the industry through our focus on skills, standards, compliance and sustainability.
Sam Mortimer, Managing Director of Ellsi Ltd said “We are looking forward to working closely with BIFIS to help promote change and best practice within the fitted interiors sector. Innovation has always been the driving force of the Ellsi brand, bringing high-quality and time saving solutions to the market, improving installation results and reducing costs. Two examples of this are Top-Fix our patented range of fast fitting taps and wastes; Designed to fit from above, making huge time and effort saving. And Impromta – our patented Biometric Hot-Tap. Impromta uses patented technology to restrict access to boiling water though biometric fingerprint dispensing, protecting children and vulnerable adults from scalds and burns”
The addition of Ellsi further strengthens the BIFIS Advocate community, bringing together manufacturers, suppliers and industry leaders committed to driving positive change and supporting long-term industry development.
