Kave Home will be the Official Partner of the World Congress of Architects 2026, the leading international architecture event, which will take place in Barcelona from 28 June to 2 July 2026. The congress will bring together more than 10,000 professionals and 250 speakers from around the world, featuring over 100 sessions, a central exhibition spanning 4,000 square metres, and 70 architectural itineraries across the city.
As the host city of the congress, Barcelona will become a global meeting point for architects, researchers, students and institutions during those days. The programme is structured around six thematic axes that address the key contemporary challenges facing architecture from multiple scales and disciplines. The congress embraces a format in which the city itself becomes a space for exchange, reflection and public celebration of architecture.
Kave Home’s participation in the congress reflects its understanding of design, architecture and interior design as disciplines capable of improving everyday life through honest, functional spaces conceived with sensitivity. In addition, the brand will organise several professional activities linked to the congress. Among them will be a professional event during the week preceding the congress, featuring the exclusive presentation of its collaboration with RCR Arquitectes, accompanied by a cocktail reception at the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce, organised in partnership with COAC.
Kave Home is also planning a panel discussion during the congress, scheduled for 1 July from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the CCIB. The session will be moderated by Núria Moliner, who will contribute her perspective from the field of architecture, and will also feature Francesc Julià, CEO of Kave Home. The conversation will revolve around three key themes: space, from the perspective of architecture; objects, through furniture design; and people, through the lens of anthropology.
Furthermore, Kave Home is proposing the organisation of a professional visit designed to showcase its way of working, from the origin of each piece to its integration into lived-in spaces. The itinerary would include the brand’s flagship store and other facilities, offering insight into the various stages and environments that form part of the Kave Home process.
