A World Apart ownership opportunity at award winning Spanish resort
Following sell-out success of 137 properties since 2010 and 63% of the recently launched Olivo and Palmera communities, Las Colinas Golf & Country Club has unveiled the latest set of plots for sale; The Adelfa Community.
The resort’s success to date and recent recognition by International Hotel and Property Awards, demonstrates the continued confidence consumers have in the investment security Las Colinas residential communities offer and the appeal of the region for travellers and second home owners.
The new Adelfa Community plots located in the heart of the 330-hectare exclusive residential community, just south of Alicante and on the Spanish Mediterranean coast, offer buyers the unique opportunity to create their own bespoke design – following the model of quality and design synonymous with the Las Colinas resort. Situated on an island of higher ground, residents will be rewarded with views across one of Continental Europe’s Top 100 golf courses and the rolling coastal land.
Ten plots are available to buy ranging from 1,240 and 1,480 square metres enabling buyers to construct villas covering a buildable area of between 229 and 276 square metres. Framed by hills the developments remain secluded, blending seamlessly into the natural surrounding landscape.
The Adelfa Community complements the resort’s existing communities:
- Olivo Community, a collection of fourteen plots which blend seamlessly into the lush surroundings.
- Palmera Community, eleven detached villas overlooking the 2nd and 8th holes of the golf course.
- Enebro Community, a series of eleven detached villas designed by renowned architects Woods Bagot set in the heart of the Las Colinas Community. The Abubilla show villa, part of Enebro Community has also just been launched for prospective buyers to explore the luxury property nestled amidst the Mediterranean forest.
Due to the upturn in residential tourism, Alicante has become the leader in terms of sales of properties to foreign buyers. For the third year running, the province leads sales of new builds and land plots to overseas buyers across Spanish territory. Given these sales and demand Alicante has seen an upswing of 20% in the first quarter in the number of building licenses. The driver of developments in the region is Las Colinas with one out of every five new apartments being built at Las Colinas Golf & Country Club.
In addition to the exclusive properties, plots and 18 hole Troon managed golf course, Las Colinas also boasts a state of the art tennis and paddle tennis academy, an ocean front beach club, enso sushibar, trails through 200,000 square metres of natural space, the International School of Falconry Las Colinas and new Las Colinas Experiences that emphasise the stunning natural beauty of the surrounding region.
