Ash Fire Management’s Naturvent system, the innovative smoke and heat management system specifically designed for residential premises, has been awarded over £72,000 by the MedTech Low Carbon Innovation Project, part of the European Regional Development Fund 2007-13.
In nearly all house fire incidents, it is the smoke that causes fatalities, not the fire. Using the latest technology in fire detection, the Naturvent system will vent the toxic gases and fumes that incapacitate victims. Testing has proven that the chances of survival from a house fire are greatly increased with a Naturvent system installed.
