Launching the fourth generation Paranslight today – Sunlight 30 floors down

Parans is launching the fourth generation Paranslight today at EcoBuild in London. With new 100-meter cables the Parans system SP4 will be able to deliver natural light to skyscrapers and deep tunnels alike, as it is capable to reach 30 floors into a building. It will also be able to be used systematically throughout the property. This will significantly strengthen Parans market position.

– I am happy that we are launching a new innovative Parans product – a “game-changer” – at EcoBuild today, says Nils Nilsson, CEO at Parans. After three generations Parans system and 13 years on the market we, a small Swedish green tech company, continue to move boundaries of how natural light can be used and strengthen our market position.

The high quality of the cables allows the light – the healthy full spectrum solar light – and luminosity to retain all the way. The system is a modular system, which means that it can easily be adapted and expanded in order to provide the desired room with sunlight, no matter if it is on the second, tenth or 30th floor.

– Our philosophy is simple – use sunlight first and artificial when you must, says Nils Nilsson. Through this, we create a sustainable world and more pleasant indoor environments for humans. We have already noticed that the number of requests for the Parans system has increased.

– The customize solution SP4 offers via the modularity of the system will satisfy customers with projects of all sizes, says Karl Richard Nilsson, CTO at Parans. You may choose between 4-20 cables per system, start in a small scale and expand the systems to cover larger areas of the property. The largest system has a receiving panel of only two square meters, but it supplies more than 200 square meters with sunlight. It is not many ordinary windows that could handle that.
