CubbyHole was founded by our CEO Peter Lampe and incorporated in March 2015 and begins trading this month. Peter is a successful business man with many thriving current business ventures, including aspects of the drinks and software industry. Peter also has a background of marketing and communications with several successful companies including mobile communications, software industry and international branding with major international corporations. The past year has been dedicated towards building CubbyHole and developing marketing campaigns to increase our nationwide coverage.
As a Kent based organisation with our offices in Innovation House Sandwich, we currently employ 23 people and as part of our planned expansion, including an evening and weekend call centre, we intend to employ a further 30-40 people over the next few months. This area of Kent, with its 2 universities and colleges enables the company to offer employment to all.
CubbyHole has an exciting ongoing marketing campaign preparing for the future based across several media platforms. Our plans include nationwide coverage on transport routes with a total impact of 51.5 million in London alone. We will also be advertising in popular household magazines, newspapers and radio stations, further increasing nationwide coverage. Also, during the Christmas period we will be advertising on a selection of SKY channels.
CubbyHole has teamed up with well-known companies and charities that can assist with your move such as Towergate and British Heart Foundation. Towergate take care of home and landlord insurance whilst British Heart Foundation can collect any unwanted items, including furniture to be sold via their shops to further fund research. As a company based in the South East, CubbyHole also supports our local charity Porchlight who help vulnerable and homeless people.
Our clear and easy to use website allows you to browse the property market from the comfort of your own home or on the go. The portal has a ‘Find a Pro’ section which advertises a list of services and trades in your search area, helping you with every aspect of your move. Additionally, there is a ‘Useful Tips’ category for all your unanswered questions regarding how to conduct a viewing, to a checklist counting down to your moving day, providing all the estate agent services without the fees.
