Luxury vinyl flooring manufacturer, Moduleo, is thrilled to unveil its brand-new range of Xtrafloor underlays to suit just about any environment.
Xtrafloor Base, for residential use, Xtrafloor Silent, for excellent sound insulation, and Xtrafloor Flex Pro, an underlay with self-adhesive to ensure faster and easier installation, have been designed to offer a full-rounded solution.

Purposely designed for residential use, Xtrafloor Base is made from up to 90 per cent natural raw materials and is 100 per cent recyclable, making it one of the most environmentally-friendly underlays currently on the market. Featuring a lightly tackified surface to prevent any movement of the LVT Click laid above it, the product is easy to install and is also an excellent insulator of heat and sound.
Xtrafloor Silent has been designed for areas that experience high levels of footfall, or where sound insulation is a priority, such as residential apartment blocks, offices, or hotels. The product has been extensively tested and officially certified to confirm its outstanding impact sound reduction values of ΔLw=21dB and ΔLlin=10dB (when used with 4.5mm Moduleo Click flooring). This makes it one of the best performing sound-insulating underlays on the market. The Xtrafloor Silent underlay is also compatible with underfloor heating.
Xtrafloor Flex Pro offers a quick, clean and simple solution when installing Moduleo’s Click or dryback LVT in commercial environments, as well as conservatories. Featuring a self-adhesive side to ensure maximum convenience, it also cuts down the installation time significantly. Unlike other standard adhesive installations, Xtrafloor Flex Pro allows for the dryback floor to be walked on immediately after it’s fitted, saving a significant amount of time.
