The LANDSCAPE Show is returning for another year @LandscapeEvent ‏

The LANDSCAPE Show is returning for another year on the 17th and 18th of September 2019, and it is already developing into their most exciting show yet. The leading trade event is dedicated to bringing together an array of industry professionals from all over the UK and beyond, including Garden Designers, Landscape Architects and Contractors.

It is the networking opportunity of the year, with hundreds of exhibitors showcasing their latest products, services and technologies, dedicated to both interior and exterior landscaping. Located in Battersea Park, LANDSCAPE features an endless selection of products that are available to source, including Garden Buildings & Structures, Stone, Paving & Aggregates, Tools, Machinery & Vehicles, and Metalwork.

Alongside the exhibition, the event provides two days full of entertainment and enlightenment with their CPD Accredited Seminar Programme. The accreditation enhances the professional qualifications of its practitioners and allows visitors to earn up to 11 CPD points whilst attending the seminars. This year LANDSCAPE is excited to be featuring some of the industry’s biggest names, including Cleve West from Cleve West Landscape Design, Andrew Fisher Tomlin from the London College of Garden Design, Robert Myers from Robert Myers Associates, James Alexander Sinclair, Matthew Pottage from the RHS, Marian Boswall from Marian Boswall Landscape Architects, Kate Gould from Kate Gould Gardens, and many more. All of the seminars are completely free to attend and will include a wide range of insightful and educating topics from different sectors of the industry.

The show doesn’t stop there! At this year’s event, LANDSCAPE is thrilled to be introducing their new ‘Pet Friendly Garden’ competition in collaboration with Battersea Dogs and Cats Home. The competition will be a unique and exciting opportunity for entrants to display their creativity and design a garden space specifically catered to pets. It is open to all ages and has 3 different entry categories: Under 16s, Non-Professionals, and Professional Designers. Entries will be judged by a panel of experts, including Peter Laurie, the Deputy Chief Executive of Battersea Dogs & Cats Home, Volunteer Head Gardener at Battersea, Katie Morgan; and Garden Designer, Adam Frost from Adam Frost Design. The winners from the Non-Professional and Professional category will each receive £500 worth of HTA Garden Centre vouchers, and the Under 16s winner will get an exclusive VIP family tour of Battersea Dogs & Cats Home. The LANDSCAPE Show aims to inspire and entertain their visitors with a variety of events. This includes the return of the Pecha Kucha 20×20; an exciting event that derives from the Japanese term ‘chit-chat’. This discussion will be presented in a simple format, where the industry’s most creative and professional landscape architects will be presenting 20 images for 20 seconds each. Additionally, they are also looking forward to bringing back the Best in Show competition, where exhibitors will be showcasing a particular product from their innovative ranges to introduce to visitors. It’s down to visitors to decide the Best in Show winner of 2019 so make sure you register to attend online to have your vote!

The LANDSCAPE Show will be open from 10am-6pm on Tuesday the 17th September, and 10am-5pm on Wednesday 18th September 2019. Both the exhibition and all seminar sessions are free to attend.
