There will be no extra charges for the on-site gym and it is centrally located only a 3 minute walk from the Royal Mile. The rent isn’t payable until the loan date in October which helps the students budget and not start their course in debt.
Brewer’s Court is the fourth Student Roost property in Edinburgh and complements the range of accommodation on offer for Edinburgh University, Napier University and Herriot Watt students.
