P C Henderson is pleased to welcome back, Dave Newton to the sales and commercial team as he takes on his new role as Sales and Commercial Director.
Dave will be responsible for the strategic direction and development of the commercial side of the business including sales, customer service and marketing.
Dave first worked for P C Henderson from 2001 until 2009 and has since developed his career within the sliding and folding door gear industry. Commenting on his return to the company, Dave said,
“It is great to be back at P C Henderson, a company that has always enjoyed an enviable reputation within the industry and with customers. The business has evolved significantly since I was last here and I am ready for this new challenge.”
As well as the UK market, P C Henderson enjoys sales globally with customers in 70+ countries. The company has a strong research and development ethos, continually delivering the most innovative and creative products to builders’ merchants, architects, contractors, and home improvement companies. This appealed to Dave as he explained,

Despite the challenges of the global pandemic, the business has enjoyed impressive growth and exceeded its sales targets for the last twelve months. Managing Director, Trevor Cossins commented,

I am looking forward to working with Dave to further develop the commercial offer and build on what we have achieved to date. The focus of the business in recent months has been on improving the customer journey for both existing and new clients, and as part of this, will soon launch a new website for the UK. The new website will have improved functionality and search along with the highest levels of security for online payments. Payment options will be increased to include Apple Pay and Paypal as well as traditional card payment options. In addition, there will be secure online account access for customers to store, review and re-order products.
