TWO decades after the International Property Awards first celebrated the world’s best properties, organisers of this year’s UK Property Awards are hinting at the most impressive winners yet.
Taking place at London Marriott Hotel, Grosvenor Square, London on 9th October, the event highlights and rewards the UK’s leading architects, developers, interior designers, estate agents and property marketing experts.
The UK Property Awards form part of the acclaimed series of International Property Awards, which identify the best residential and commercial properties from around the globe.
The President of the organising body, Stuart Shield, says the entries received at a UK level have been ‘beyond impressive’.
“Every year we set our Judging Panel to work on identifying and scrutinizing the most creative, inspired and technically impressive projects,” said Stuart Shield. “This year the UK panel had a huge task and it’s been a delight for those industry insiders, because of the high standard of entries which year-on-year surpasses anything we’ve seen before.”
The UK continues to attract interest from worldwide property investors, and Mr Shield believes that’s largely down to the talent and ingenuity evidenced through these Awards.
“Without a doubt, the UK’s architects, estate agents and interior designers deserve to be exceptionally proud when it comes to comparing their work with peers in other parts of the world,” he said.
“What we’ve seen through this year’s entries are examples of the most stunning property developments and exceptional levels of creativity and technical execution.”
The best entrants in each category will be presented with either a ‘Highly Commended’ or ‘Five Star’ Award. Only those receiving a ‘Five Star’ honour will go forward to represent the UK to compete in the International Property Awards later this year.
Complementing the annual series of Awards are the International Property Summits, held in Asia, Europe, Arabia, Africa and Americas. These Summits are designed to provide unrivalled opportunities for new business and networking with each region’s most successful property investors, developers and CEO level decision-makers.
