Multi award-winning, leading appliance specialist Caple’s new SO110 built-in combination steam oven is the latest addition to the contemporary Sense range. Designed for the discerning cook who takes their appliances seriously, the recently revamped Sense range with full touch controls combines exceptional functionality with a modern, black glass aesthetic and stainless steel trim.
The new SO110 model complements Caple’s existing Sense appliance collection, which includes ovens, microwaves, a coffee machine and a warming drawer, perfectly. It boasts a roomy 36-litre capacity and heats from 40°C to 100°C on the steam setting for perfect results with an A-rating for energy efficiency. Endlessly versatile, the SO110 offers no fewer than ten, easy-to-use functions, including defrost, fan heat, grill, turbo grill, steam and boost, allowing cooking methods to be customized to suit different types of food. So this model can be used like a traditional oven and grill without the use of steam too.
Practical touches such as the double-glazed removable door and descaling programme take the chore factor out of cleaning and accessories include a shelf, a grill pan and handle, and a stream tray. With a sleek, white electronic display, the SO110 combination steam oven features a stainless steel interior for a professional, durable finish.

The SO110 steam oven measures 595mmW by 512mmD by 455mmH and costs from around £737 including VAT.
